3) Change of appointment
Appointments can be changed up to 24 hours before departure, depending on availability.
Requests made within 24 hours may be considered a late cancellation.

4) Lateness and non-arrival
Please arrive on time at the agreed location.
In case of delay, the duration of the tour may be shortened.
If you miss the departure, the reservation is considered a “no-show” (no refund).
